Product description The 17" M1700SS MicroTouch Display from 3M features a 1280 x 1024 native resolution and 16.2 million colors display. It utilizes an all-glass surface capacitive touch sensor and proprietary 3M ClearTek Hard Coat to deliver high durability, 91.5% light transmission, 800:1 contrast ratio, and an ultra-fast 5.4 ms touch response time. With the touchscreen active, the display reaches 270 cd/m&sup:2 brightness, or up to 300 cd/m² with the touchscreen off. The display offers a stable base, highly durable touchscreen, enhanced optics, and a cable management system, all in an elegant and simple-to-use design. - Unaffected by UV light that can cause degradation for optics and yellowing of film-based sensors over time

- Inherently free from the appearance of "Newton Rings"
- Proprietary coating is uniformly heat infused into the glass creating a non-permeable barrier for increased scratch and chemical resistance
- Low surface energy coating promotes smooth finger drag

- Maintains touch stability when locked in position at angles ranging from 0 to 90 degrees
