Product description The Desktop RTA Real Time Sound Analyzer from 4 Pockets is a real time sound analyzer for your compatible Windows computer. It provides multiple modes of graphical feedback for audio, including displays for linear, logarithmic, phase, peak, SPL, and spectrograph data, amongst others. The software supports sample rates up to 44.1kHz and features an integrated signal generator as well as automatic noise cancellation mode. Desktop RTA is capable of up to 250x zoom, allowing you to analyze narrow band data clearly. - Linear and Logarithmic Displays
- DesktopRTA allows display of both Logarithmic and Linear frequency response. It has the ability to display two simultaneous traces, one for the left channel and one for the right channel of the input signal. This is useful for monitoring stereo signals or if you want to compare input data against a known test signal
- The Transfer and Phase Display
- The phase display can be used in conjunction with the transfer display and shows the phase shift, or time difference in the measurement signal relative to the reference signal for each frequency
- Spectrograph Display
- A Spectrograph is a 3D representation of frequency/amplitude over time often used for analyzing speech
- Octave and Sub Octave Display Modes
- These modes are similar to those found on a conventional spectrum analyzer. This display breaks the frequency spectrum into ISO standard spaced bands
- Multi Trace
- DesktopRTA has the ability to capture and display up to 3 static traces for use with comparing input signals. Traces can be exported to SDF format for use in other PC applications
