Product description The EM-EQ2 from A-Designs is a dual-mono, solid-state, 3-band inductor EQ modeled after the Pultec EQP-1, well suited for tracking, mixing, and mastering. Each channel of the EQ features the same frequency settings and inductors as the original Pultec design, but with fully-balanced, noise-free performance and modern impedance specs.
The EM-EQ2 utilizes Cinemag custom-wound tapped inductors, a proprietary Cinemag nickel-core output transformer, and Wima capacitors. Other features include a large jewel power indicator lamp with a heavy-duty Carling power toggle switch and true hard-bypass. The 2U metal housing offers a custom-milled face-plate with brushed aluminum control knobs. The EM-EQ2 ships with a standard IEC power cord. - EQ Functions
