Product description The KGB-1tf from A Designs is a single-channel solid-state instrument preamp with a 3-band tone filter, ideal for connecting high-impedance, unbalanced outputs, such as electric guitar and bass, direct to mixing consoles, A/D converters and power amps. It also features a ground lift, phase flip, and a thru output that can be used for connecting to additional equipment such as an on-stage guitar or bass amp. -

- Gain select switch - high/low

- External power transformer for a low noise floor
- 3-band fixed frequency tone filter with 12db cut/boost - high/mid/low
- Balanced, line-level +4 dB output, which allows you to forgo use of the typical DI box
