With G-Sync technology the monitor adapts to the settings of your graphics card for a more fluid gaming experience while the Ultra Low Motion Blur technology greatly reduces blur in fast moving games such as racing simulators. To assist in the enhanced gaming experience Acer has also ensured this monitor covers the entire sRGB color space to provide accurate color representation. Once configured, the long gaming sessions begin which can take a toll on the eyes. As a result, this XB1 series monitor comes equipped with flicker-less technology to virtually eliminate screen flicker and a blue-light filter to reduce the harmful effects caused by blue light exposure.
The Predator XB1 from Acer features a WQHD 2560 x 1440 resolution offering four times the resolution of 720p HD for a crisp clear picture. The IPS display also supports a 4 ms response time to reduce ghosting when gaming or viewing videos and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio to provide deeper dark and brighter bright colors. On the back of the monitor you will find a single HDMI connector and USB port as well as two speakers to provide an immersive multimedia experience.
