Product description ACTi's 10MP Cube Camera with Basic WDR and 3.6mm Interchangeable Lens is a high-resolution surveillance camera for indoor installations. It's ONVIF-compliant and can be used with compatible NVRs for recording, or simply with ACTi software and MicroSD cards. In either scenario, a connection to a network is required. When connected to an NVR, the NVR provides Power-over-Ethernet to the camera, and when working with ACTi software, the network connection provides Power-over-Ethernet. The ACTi software is available as a free download and MicroSD cards are sold separately. Sufficient sunlight or interior light is required for clear recording.
The range of selectable resolutions includes 1080p @ 30 fps and 3648 x 2736 @ 6 fps, the latter being close to Ultra HD 4K resolution. Playback at the latter resolution will be choppy because of the low frame rate required to capture at such high resolution, but the camera offers a high shutter speed that ensures clear images, without destructive blurriness. The recording codec is H.264, which is one of the ideal codecs for playback on mobile devices.
The included lens features a wide 3.6mm focal length and 99° wide viewing angle, and it's interchangeable with other CS-mount lenses matching the imaging capabilities of the camera. ACTi does not have other matching CS-mount lenses, but 3rd-party lenses are supported. The camera also features a built-in microphone and a 3.5mm audio output that allows you to connect to a speaker/computer for live monitoring of sound.
A motion detection feature allows you to assign three trigger-point areas for auto recording if you don't want the camera to record constantly. This is done via the ACTi software, even if you're working with an NVR. A mounting bracket is included for wall and ceiling mounting, and both the camera and bracket are white to blend in with most rooms. - Key Features
