Product description The 2MP Outdoor Speed Dome Camera from ACTi features a 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor and 4.7-94mm varifocal lens. With a built-in IR-cut filter and adaptive IR LEDs, the camera can capture clear images in complete darkness for up to 328'. With adaptive IR LEDs, the camera automatically adjusts the IR light to focus on the area that it zooms into. This way, the IR beam will be concentrated in one area to narrow down the beam angle and extend the range to cover the zoom-in area. When zooming out, the adaptive IR LED technology will readjust the illumination back to cover the wider area. The camera supports H.264 and MJPEG compression formats with simultaneous triple streaming. It also supports 360° endless panning and -20 to 200° tilting. The camera offers WDR of up to 145 dB for capturing images under varied lighting conditions. It comes with a built-in microSDHC card slot (card not included) for on-board storage. With the IP66-rated weather-resistant and IK10-rated vandal-proof housing, this camera is suitable for outdoor applications. Additionally, B945 is equipped with a dehumidifier that keeps the internal moisture level low, preventing condensation and quickly dissipating any condensation that forms. - Object Based Motion Detection
- Object based motion detection allows you to specify what type of motion will trigger predefined events. Depending on the configuration, the object can be anything, a small item falling from a conveyor belt in a production line to a person moving in a restricted area.
- Tamper Detection
- This feature detects unwanted manipulation with the camera like attempts to break it or refocus and obstruct its view.
- Digital Image Stabilizer
- Digital Image Stabilizer eliminates vibrations caused by wind or passing vehicles.
- Shock Detection
- Shock detection sends alarm when the camera is hit.
- PTZ Auto Tracking
- The Auto Tracking technology automatically detects moving objects (people or vehicles) and locks onto them as they move through the monitored area.
- Line Crossing
- An event is triggered every time a person accidentally or intentionally crosses a virtual line. This feature can protect properties (burglar trespassing on private premises) or save human lives (passenger falling from platform into a railway track).
- Missing Object
- Transported items can be stolen during transit. You can avoid such situations by monitoring the vehicle interior and detecting any objects that disappear between scheduled offload locations.
- Unattended Object
- Unattended objects, such as shopping trolleys left in a parking lot, can be obstacles for pedestrians and cars. However, an abandoned handbag can also pose a severe security threat in a crowded area. You can use ACTi video analytics to detect unattended items and deal with them properly.
- Face Detection
- In many situations, typically in factories or automated warehouses, many moving objects appear in a scene but it's only the presence of people that should be noted. Face detection is used to recognize people in predefined areas and alert the controlling personnel or stop the machinery.
- People Counting
- As a manager of retail store or shopping center, you want to know how many people and at what time enter and exit the venue. The people counting feature provides you this information as comprehensive graphs so you can make the decisions regarding item stocking or working schedule management.
- Enter Area/Exit Area
- This feature makes sure that any unauthorized person won't enter a prohibited area. You can select regions that will be monitored for entrance or exit of people and objects and every such event will trigger a predefined action, for example an alarm.
- Crowd Detection
- Crowd detection function allows you to service customers without delay. You will be automatically notified when the number of customers in the waiting line exceeds the limit so you can open another checkout counter.
- Heat Map
- You can re-work on the product placement, refine promotions and optimize check-out services by using heat map. The map provides visual information about customers' density and flow in the store.
- Direction Detection
- Prevent road accidents by detecting vehicles driving in wrong direction. The system will immediately display warnings on electric roadside signs and notify the authorities.
- Vehicle Counting
- Vehicle counting lets you monitor the traffic to detect and prevent congestion and manage traffic flow by dynamically opening and closing road lanes and redirecting transit to alternative routes.
- License Plate Recognition
- License plate recognition lets only certain vehicles enter restricted areas. Any vehicle with license plate which is not on a white list will be immediately reported. You can also use the LPR to automatically charge highway tolls.
