Product description The E78 2MP Outdoor PoE Network Dome Camera from ACTi features a 3.1mm fixed focal lens that provides a horizontal viewing angle of 107.1°. It employs a progressive scan CMOS sensor to capture images at up to a resolution of 2MP. The camera uses H.264 and MJPEG video compression and outputs dual video streams. In addition, the camera features IR LEDs that allow you to capture images in complete darkness up to 98' (30m) by using adaptive IR technology. Adaptive IR LED technology automatically adjusts the IR light to focus on the area that the camera zooms into. This way, the IR beam will be concentrated in one area to narrow down the beam angle and extend the range to cover the zoom-in area. When zooming out, the illumination is readjusted back to cover the wider area. Therefore, the camera provides superior image quality even in low illumination environments. This camera is housed in an IP66-rated weatherproof and IK10-rated vandal-proof housing.
