Product description The Adam Professional Audio Macdougal is a 5.1 matched monitoring system for surround-sound applications and post-production scenarios.
Five A7X nearfield monitors are supplied. These speakers are active, giving you 7" carbon fiber / Rohacell midrange drivers and X-ART tweeters for a clear, crisp sound. They engender a frequency response of 42 Hz to 50 kHz.
The included Sub12 has a 12" woofer and sports 300W of power, utilizing a downward-firing design to bolster low-frequency power. Its frequency range extends down to 22 Hz and goes up to 150 Hz. You'll find both XLR and RCA connections on the subwoofer.

The Sub12 reflex tubes fire downwards, avoiding noise due to the size and construction ventilation of the unit. Powered by an internal 300W RMS amplifier, the Sub12 offers both XLR and RCA I/O connectors for compatibility with almost any system.
