It is equipped with 3D Tri-Level Cell (TLC) NAND flash and an SMI controller that are compatible with your system's 2.5" / 7mm drive bay. This SATA III 6 Gb/s compatible SSD provides load and access times for files and programs that are faster than those of a traditional spinning hard drive. In terms of speed, this drive offers sequential read speeds of up to 550 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 300 MB/s, and read speeds of up to 560 MB/s and write speeds of up to 300 MB/s. In addition to its enhanced data transfer rates, this drive offers a life expectancy of 2.0 million hours MTBF, error correction, SLC caching and a DRAM cache buffer, support for device sleep, a high TBW (Total Bytes Written) for extended drive longevity, and support for S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, and NCQ.
