Product description Keep your mobile devices charged and be prepared for low-light conditions with the black PT100 10,000mAh Power Bank & LED Flashlight from ADATA Technology.This power bank provides 10,000mAh of rechargeable power in a portable, easy-grip design. It can deliver 2.1A of charging via its dual USB Type-A ports. You can also charge it via the Micro-USB port. The PT100 also has a built-in LED flashlight. It has four different modes, which are: standard, accent, rapid flashing, and slow flashing. - Simultaneous Charging
- The PT100 supports simultaneous charging so you can charge two devices via the dual USB Type-A ports.
- 4-Mode LED Lighting
- The PT100 also has a built-in LED flashlight with four lighting modes. Just press and hold the button for two seconds to turn on the built-in flashlight. Press the button quickly to switch between flashlight modes. Whenever you need to use the flashlight, it remembers which mode you last used.
- Smart Energy Saver
- The PT100 automatically turns off when disconnected from a device, when a device is fully charged, or when a device is idle for 20 seconds.

My daughter was using, with great satisfaction, the 10000 power bank since
Since some days is impossible recharge the bank. Crash or humidity due to contact with water could be excluded.
I've checked the batteries, the recharging connection and seems that every where the current is there.
Before buy another one I would like see if there is any opportunity to recover the current system.
Could you please help on this matter.
