Product description Quickly and easily extend the reach of a single computer with the ADDERView DDX USR Receiver from Adder. Plug a mouse, keyboard, and monitor into this receiver to access a computer at distances up to 164' away. The receiver comes equipped with dual USB 2.0 ports, a single 6p6c options port, a single network port, and three 3.5mm audio jacks. Once the plug-and-play device is configured, users benefit from support for display resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 with real-time video. Additionally, the Adder Receiver supports EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) to help determine the type of monitor connected to ensure the video is rendered properly. - Uncompressed Video Technology with Ultra-Low Latency
- The DDX delivers every pixel of every video frame to ensure enhanced digital video all the time. Resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz are supported, including 1080p. Uncompressed video technology ensures ultra-low latency and an at the computer experience.
- Start with One, Graduate to Many
- The DDX-USR module provides an easy solution for extending a single computer and its peripherals to a user. However, when you introduce a DDX switch between them, suddenly you have the basis of an expandable switching matrix. Just add further DDX-CAM and DDX-USR modules for each new computer system and user. This enhanced flexibility safeguards your investment and provides a simple progression path.

- USB 2.0 connectivity enables the connection of any USB human interface device (HID) from mice and keyboards through to Windows 8 compliant touch screens.
- Simple CATx Cabling
- The DDX uses widely available SFTP cable to connect the user console 164' and computer dongles 33' to the central switch.
- Single Cable Up to 164'
- Video, USB2.0 HID only and analog audio all pass along a single CATx cable which can be up to 164' in length. The achievable distance is dependent on the monitor resolution and the number of connection breaks for patch panels and wall plates.
- EDID Management
- The extender has an intelligent EDID management to allow the true characteristics of the monitor to be passed back to the computer.
- Plug-and-Play
- The AdderLink DDX-USR extender is delivered in a zero-config state so you can plug the units in and start working with them straight away. There is no need for drivers or software to be installed.
- USB Audio Composite Device
- Bi-directional, CD quality audio (stereo channel 16 bit sampled at 48 kHz) from transmitter to receiver. Line out and headphones with microphone input is supported.
