Product description The Aiphone IS Series IS-DVF-HID-I Vandal-Resistant Color Video Door Station with Built-In HID iCLASS Smart Card Reader is used as part of the IS Series Networked Video Security Communication Systems. This video door station has a camera unit and an HID iCLASS Card Reader built onto the same stainless-steel faceplate. It can be connected to the IS-CCU, IS-SCU IS Exchange Units via CAT5e/6 wire. Maximum distance from the door station to the exchange unit is 980'. Wiring and power for the card reader are separate from the intercom wiring. The card reader is connected to any type of a host controller that is compatible with the HID iCLASS R10 (Rev. C) smart card reader. In addition, the card reader provides electronic access to a building through a separate third-party Access Control System. - Video door station for IS Series Networked Video Security Communication Systems
