Product description The AJA Pak-Adapt-eSATA increases your AJA Ki Pro's recording options by adding third-party eSATA media compatibility. Use the adapter with AJA's Ki Pro Ultra and Ki Pro Quad recorder/players to record to select eSATA RAID and single-volume drives. Having the same form factor as the AJA Pak storage drives, the adapter connects through the Ki Pro's PAK media slot. A green LED lights up to notify you when your drive is mounted. AJA recommends the use of only AJA-qualified eSATA Media. Note:
While one Pak-Adapt-eSATA unit can be attached to each of the Ki Pro's dual media slots, the "rollover" recording function between drives is not supported due to these larger drives' longer mounting times. - The adapter has the same form factor as AJA Pak media, making it compatible with Ki Pro media slots
