Product description The AJA RD10MD is a dual rack card downconverter; it accepts a High Definition SDI digital video signal and downconverts to output Standard Definition SDI digital video. Channel 1 has 2 re-clocked HD/SD-SDI outputs, and channel 2 has 1. Both channel 1 and 2 have 2 down-converted outputs, which can be independently configured as SDI or composite analog. - Multi-Standard
- This unit offers the user an NTSC or PAL analog video selection.
- Aspect Ratio
- The output of this device can be formatted for 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratios.
- Digital or Analog Output
- Standard definition SDI or analog video can be utilized from the output of this unit.
- Multi-Format Input
- A variety of High Definition video formats can be input for conversion.
- Dual Rate
- The input accepts either HD-SDI or SD-SDI and converts to the proper parameters.
- Embedded Audio
- This device allows 4 channels of embedded audio to be passed to the SDI output.
- Rack Card
- The RD10MD is a rack card utilizing a rack frame to power and operate the converter
