The Advance 61 from Akai Professional is a 61-key, USB MIDI controller that also features eight MPC drum pads with RGB back-lit illumination. The keyboard boasts an integrated high-resolution full-color 4.3-inch display, which in tandem with the included Virtual Instrument Player (VIP) software application, provides real-time control and feedback of your favorite VSTi virtual instruments. These features and more make the Advance 61 a formidable MIDI control solution whether you're on-stage or in the studio.
The keyboard's 61 semi-weighted keys are velocity-sensitive with aftertouch, and the drum pads feature velocity- and pressure-sensitivity.
