Product description The Akai Professional ESI Wind Controller and Vienna Instruments Woodwinds Bundle is a Kit that provides a way to really perform authentic woodwind parts using virtual instruments. The USB based wind controller provides multiple fingering modes including saxophone, traditional EWI, flute, oboe, and more.
The Vienna Instruments - Special Woodwinds is a sample-based virtual instrument that extends the scope of the woodwind family with several rare instrument additions, and contains all the expressive qualities found in the hardware counterparts. - Akai Professional EWI USB Wind Instrument Akai Professional has made a wind instrument for everyone with the advent of the EWI USB Wind Instrument. Studying the art of playing saxophone, clarinet, oboe, bassoon and other traditional wind instruments for over twenty years, Akai has incorporated the same expressive controls in the EWI USB. Professional wind musicians searching for a mode of creating music electronically have found their avenue for expression with the EWI USB. Configuring your EWI is simple with multiple fingering modes available including saxophone, traditional EWI, flute, oboe, and EVI(Brass). The Akai EWI USB offers incredible value with its professional sound set and playability.

UPC: 825213002364 - Vienna Symphonic Library Special Woodwinds - Vienna Instruments Vienna Instruments - Special Woodwinds from the Vienna Symphonic Library is a sample-based virtual instrument, that extends the scope of the woodwind family with several rare instrument additions. The base flute adds a velvety, earthy sound, and expands the flute family to its lowest register. Two oboes also extend the range of the oboe family. The collection features two additions to the clarinet family, the full sounding basset horn that covers the alto/tenor registers, and the deep sounding contrabass clarinet. The Vienna Instruments user interface is clearly arranged and includes pre-configured patches for immediate playability with no learning curve. The interface uses a powerful proprietary streaming audio engine that can load up to 3,456 articulations (patches) on one MIDI channel. Load times are extremely low and sixty-four stereo voices per instance can stream from the hard disc. A RAM optimizing utility clears unused samples out of RAM. Users can easily create their own instruments, using "drag and drop" functionality, and the instrument provides the ability for velocity crossfades and release control to be switched on or off in real time. Note: Software requires a ViennaKey USB protection device if one is not already on the system.

- Vienna Symphonic Library ViennaKey USB License Control Key The ViennaKey is a USB license control device (dongle) that is necessary to run any Vienna Instrument. This Syncrosoft protection device is not included in any Vienna Instrument product except for the Symphonic Cube. One ViennaKey is needed for every computer that is running a Vienna Instrument. A single ViennaKey can be used for multiple Vienna Instrument Collections as long as they are on the same machine. Licensing information can be moved from one ViennaKey to another, but the same Collection cannot exist on two keys at the same time. A Syncrosoft USB protection device from another company can also be used for a Vienna Instrument, but it won't run any Vienna Instrument demos.
