Product description This elegant floor stand from AKG features a matte gray finish and slim profile. Designed for use with all AKG Discreet Acoustics series capsule modules, the stand is perfect alone or with a podium. A round shock mount base provides secure support while suppressing noise caused by vibration. An extension bar is provided for added height and a low frequency bass roll-off switch eliminates low frequency noise caused by proximity effect, ambiance, structure noise, etc. Adjustable gooseneck support provides quiet positioning in any direction. The stand is an elegant and effective support for houses of worship, lecture halls, boardrooms, classrooms and more. - Module for Discreet Acoustics Capsules
- This elegant floor stand is also a module for all AKG Discreet Acoustic series microphone capsules.
- Shock Mount Base
- The shock mount / base provides adequate suppression of noise caused by shock and vibration.
- Height Adjusting Extension Bar
- An extension bar is included for added height.
- Extended Microphone Cable
- The stands includes a 33' (10 m) XLR microphone cable allowing flexible placement right out of the box.
- Low Frequency Roll-Off
- A low frequency roll-off switch increases intelligibility and suppresses noise caused by proximity effect, ambiance, etc.
- LED Ring Indicator
- The bright LED ring illuminates when the microphone is open (active), visually informing the user and minimizing unwanted signal.
- Quiet Positioning
- The gooseneck provides quiet capsule positioning in any direction.
