Product description The C314 Professional Multi-Pattern Condenser Microphone from AKG features a 1" dual-diaphragm capsule, four selectable polar patterns—cardioid, supercardioid, omnidirectional, or figure-8—an overload-detection LED, and a bass-cut filter, and it is equipped with a professional 3-pin XLR connector. This microphone can be used to capture audio for vocals, piano, strings, horns, woodwinds, drums, and percussion instruments in studio recording applications.The C314 microphone is built with a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and is powered by 44 to 52V phantom power. Designed on the heritage of the C414 XLS capsule, its dual computer-matched diaphragms offer polar-pattern accuracy, while the integrated suspension dramatically reduces noise for pure, faithful recordings.
