Product description The AKG HSC 271 Professional Headset with Condenser Microphone is designed for video production, ENG/EFP, and intercom applications. The headset is based on the closed over-ear K271 MKII Studio headphones with a flexible gooseneck condenser microphone. A mute switch is built directly into the arm of the gooseneck to silence the microphone when the arm is raised up. The headset also includes a mute switch built into the headband to turn the headset off when you remove it from your head. The microphone can be mounted on either the left or the right side and the headset connects through a six-pin XLR connector. The cable is sold separately and comes in a variety of options.
