Product description With dual Thunderbolt 3 ports, the Thunder3 Quad 4-Bay Storage Enclosure from AkiTio is capable of supporting data transfer rates of up to 40 Gbps along with the ability to connect to USB 3.1 Type-C devices. In addition to Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, users can also connect displays to this enclosure thanks to the DisplayPort 1.1 input. Inside you will find a quiet fan keeping things cool while the aluminum enclosure assists in the dissipation of heat when pushing the Thunder3 to its max. Drives can be easily removed and replaced thanks to the removable drive trays, while the Kensington security slot keeps the enclosure securely in place.With Software RAID, the AKiTiO Thunder3 Quad provides users the ability to edit and playback multiple streams of HD and/or 4K content with enough headroom to simultaneously daisy-chain additional monitors and storage devices. - Thunderbolt 3 interface for lightning-fast transfer speeds up to 40 Gbps
