Product description - Introducing the Alesis Vortex Wireless 2
The Vortex Wireless 2 USB/MIDI Keytar Controller from Alesis is a wireless 37-key, velocity-sensitive, portable keyboard controller designed to be worn like a guitar but played like a keyboard. It is battery-powered for use with USB MIDI on Mac or Windows computers, MIDI modules, and hardware synths for live stage, studio, and rehearsal applications.Featuring eight backlit RGB velocity-sensitive trigger pads and eight backlit faders for controlling volumes or other instrument parameters, the Vortex Keytar controller is built with an embedded MIDI-assignable tilt sensor, a thumb-controlled assignable slider, and a reversible pitch bend wheel on the neck.The Vortex Keytar controller includes a USB dongle that creates a wireless connection to any Mac or Windows computer. This controller is equipped with standard guitar strap pegs on the neck and body and includes a strap to wear over your shoulder. Also included are production software download cards that include the following software: Hybrid 3, Loom 2, Vacuum Pro, and Xpand!2 by AIR music Tech, TimewARP 2600 by Way Out Ware, and Ableton Live lite. The Vortex Wireless 2 USB / MIDI Keytar Controller is ready to go straight out of the box, with everything you need to get up and running. - 37 velocity-sensitive keys with aftertouch and compact size with a complete melodic range

We bought a vortex wireless 2 and we spent so much time trying to set it up. We downloaded the 2 editors but there is still no sound coming out. I don't understand why is so complicated. Could you please help?
