Product description The Jib and Electronic Pan/Tilt Head Kit from Alphatron Broadcast Electronics includes a dolly, tripod, boom, UTP cable, EPT (Electronic Pan and Tilt head), and remote control. This kit comes partly assembled and is modular, so it can be extended. This makes it usable in 4 different set-ups, with a maximum range of up to 82.7” (210cm) measured from the jib’s supporting point. This lightweight crane provides the professional videographer a steady camera platform with optimum ease in use and setting up. A short assembling time makes it suitable for sports, corporate video, festivals, and other live entertainment events. The remote controlled EPT (Electronic Pan and Tilt head) has been developed for cameras weighing up to 17.5 lb (8kg). The head is connected with a standard 16.4’ (5m) UTP cable and can also be used with an external battery pack (sold separately). Its motor-driven controls allow for over 360° unobstructed pan and tilt with 2 speed possibilities. Its durable motors assure a long and reliable life. The central unit has 4 locking knobs for applying friction to the vertical boom movement and for making disassembling easy. The central rotation platform has a low-friction bearing system with a rotation brake. The boom fits onto all 75 and 100mm bowl mounts. The weight system is based on a set of standard fitness weights (sold separately) with an included small sliding fine-tuning weight. - Head unit with camera platform
