Product description Use the Alpine Astronomical Baader 2" to 1.25" ClickLock Reducer Adapter to enable the use of smaller eyepieces and accessories in 2" holders without losing the benefits of the ClickLock system. A short 9.5mm optical height won't affect image quality when installed, and female T-2 threads on the nosepiece allow it to be attached directly onto T-2 accessories and diagonals.Unlike conventional compression ring and set screw holders, the ClickLock system uses three long roller bearings to hold the eyepiece firmly centered in place without marking or marring it, while eliminating wobble and off-axis tilt. A simple 20° twist locks and unlocks the clamping system for fast eyepiece changes even while wearing gloves. There is no need to fumble with small set screws or for using excessive force and torque to hold the eyepiece in a fixed position. The simple and solid retention system of the ClickLock makes it an ideal holder for both visual and astroimaging use.
