Product description The Alpine Astronomical Baader Astrophotography H-alpha Conversion Filter replaces your Canon Rebel XT, 10D, 20D, or 30D camera's cover glass to convert it into a dedicated astrophotography imager. Replacing the stock cover glass with this filter allows the sensor to gain full resolution and efficiency of the H-alpha wavelength, while maintaining the correct factory focal point to ensure sharp and crisp images. Anti-reflection coatings are designed to prevent halos and are layered uniformly to prevent physical deformation of the optically flat substrates.This filter is intended for users who are comfortable replacing their camera's cover glass — if you are unsure of the process, it is recommended that you consult a camera professional to perform this conversion.
