Product description Engineered to take advantage of today's larger camera sensors, the Alpine Astronomical Baader Canon EOS Wide T-Ring System eliminates the vignetting that is common when using conventional T-rings, especially on faster systems. The modular design enables the use of an array of Baader 2" mounted or 50.4mm unmounted specialty filters such as O-III, H-alpha, luminance, or neutral density. It comes with three mounting options: a standard 42mm T-thread for conventional T-mount attachment, a low-profile 2" nosepiece to fit into diagonals and visual backs, and a standard 48mm astronomical filter thread. This system is specifically designed to match the Canon EOS bayonet mount. The T-ring assembly comes with a 50.4mm round unmounted clear glass filter treated with Phantom Coating Group multi-coatings that protect the interior of the camera body from dust and moisture.
