Product description With the Alpine Astronomical Baader Colored Bandpass Eyepiece Filter Set you get all six of their filters for enhanced viewing and imaging the moon and planets. All filters in this set are made to fit standard 1.25" eyepieces and other accessories such as diagonals and Barlows. Each of the filters—blue, dark blue, green, red, orange, and yellow—has a specific purpose and use depending on what feature or features you want to highlight on the moon or any given planet. - Baader Blue Colored Bandpass Eyepiece Filter (1.25") Centered on the 470nm wavelength, the Alpine Astronomical Baader Blue Colored Bandpass Eyepiece Filter can be used by itself or stacked with other filters to enhance your observations when viewing or imaging comets or planets such as Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. The optical glass filter is planeoptically polished and treated with seven-layer Phantom Group anti-reflection multi-coatings to improve contrast and clarity while eliminating reflections, scattering, or image dimming. Holding the filter is an black anodized aluminum frame made to fit standard 1.25" eyepieces and other accessories such as diagonals and Barlows.
