Product description Use the Alpine Astronomical Baader Universal Dot Finder Bracket & Dovetail Base to install just about any dot-sight-style finders on a wide variety of optical tube assemblies (OTAs).Multiple threaded and untapped holes enable most models of dot sights to be permanently mounted on the bracket, and the top of the bracket has a dovetail to accept the Baader Sky Surfer dot finders, among others. The bracket's lower dovetail fits into the included base, and is compatible with finder shoes from major brands such as Celestron, Vixen, Bresser, and Sky-Watcher. Remove the lower dovetail and the bracket can be attached onto platforms from other manufacturers. Along with the bracket, Alpine Astronomical includes their standard quick release finder base. The base has multiple pre-drilled mounting holes to fit onto all telescopes with one or two mounting screws.
