Product description The Altman 1KAF Fresnel Light Housing for 750W GLD Lamp is a basic set lighting device for stage, studio, and television. The Fresnel produces a soft-edge beam varying in diameter from 5.7-39' (1.7-11.9m) at a throw distance of 25' (7.6m). Designed for operation with long life and high intensity, it uses tungsten-halogen lamps with medium bi-post or prefocus bases. The 1KAF is used in theater for acting area lighting where beam shaping is not required, or in the studio as a key light or backlight when a smooth, even beam is needed. This Fresnel is especially designed to house a 750W GLD lamp (not included). Constructed of cast aluminum and designed to withstand trouping, the 1KAF is also used in nightclubs, museums, and showrooms where high intensity, soft-edged, controlled lighting is necessary. - Rugged lightweight die-cast aluminum construction

- Spot-to-flood focus adjustment with unique quick set adjustment lever
- Focusing adjustable via easily-operated rear mounted focus lever, outfitted with heat- resistant handle. Heat-resistant, tool-free focus lock
- 6.0" (15.2cm) heat-resistant Fresnel lens included
- G9.5 two-pin socket included
- Three 36" (91.4cm) Teflon lead wires encased in black fiberglass sleeving; up to 25' (7.6m) of Hi-Temp rubber cable optional
- Hinged access door can be opened without tools, enabling access to lens, reflector and lamp
- U.L., c.U.L. and CE listed for up to 750W
- 7.5" color frame, safety screen, and 36" steel safety cable with spring clip included
- Accepts standard 7.5" accessories. Front end accessory holder has spring-loaded safety latch
