Product description The 64GB Cavalry SSD 2.5" SATA Flash Drive from Aluratek is an internal SATA solid state hard disk, designed for use in notebook computers. The drive lacks moving parts, improving performance and reducing noise and heat when compared to traditional hard disks. - Solid State Performance
- The drive utilizes solid state flash memory for data storage. It supports 120 MB/sec read, 20 MB/sec write, 58 MB/sec random read, and 7MB/sec random write. The drive features a long MTBF life of 1,350,000 hours: that's more than 150 years.
- Silent and Power-Saving
- The drive is entirely silent in operation, functioning without the need for motors or moving parts. It also generates less heat, and features greater durability and shock resistance when compared to traditional discs. Most importantly, it only draws 390mA of power when active, and 300mA when idle.
