dear best buy! yu have ran me in circles for over an hour now with no help or co operation whatsoever! If best buy cant help me with such a simple thing,i will never buy a gift,appliance for one of my rent houses,residence, referals to MANY MANY other friends,compiters,tools ,big screen tvs,stereo equipt, or anything else for any of my corporations! All the people ive met in my 60 years in business and all the referrals They give out will be 100s ! All for an on off problem that could have been working over an hour ago!
