Product description Designed for virtualized environments, AMD's FirePro S7150 x2 Server Graphics Card provides a workstation platform for multiple simultaneous users. Up to 32 users can share in the performance of the FirePro S7150 x2 for CAD, office applications, or other GPU dependent applications. Software can leverage API support for DirectX, OpenGL, and OpenCL. As this is a server GPU, no hardware outputs are offered. Additionally, the S7150 x2 uses a passive heatsink cooler. This cooler design uses no moving parts for increased reliability and reduced power consumption. However, the design is dependent on the server's internal airflow to cool the GPU. - Multiuser GPU Technology
- Enables consistent, predictable and secure performance from your virtualized workstation with a hardware-based virtualized GPU solution, the AMD Multiuser GPU. This virtualization solution from AMD can enable users to have workstation-class experiences with full ISV certifications, and workstation-class performance.
- Error Correcting Code (ECC) Memory
- Helps ensure the accuracy of your computations by correcting any single or double bit error as a result of naturally occurring background radiation.
- PowerTune
- Power management technology which provides direct control over GPU power usage. PowerTune dynamically adjusts clock speed to operate within the power parameters set by the user.
