Product description The American Audio 19" MXR 4-Channel MIDILOG Analog/MIDI Mixer is a 4RU rackmountable MIDI and analog mixer designed for live performance DJ applications. The mixer features a built in DSP D-Core sound card with a 4-in/4-out USB audio interface. The rear panel of the mixer includes two switchable phono/line RCA inputs with phono ground for each input channel which enables connecting sources such as CD players and turntables. Each channel features a fader, a rotary gain knob, and a 3-band rotary EQ for treble, mid, and bass. Each channel also features a low/high pass filter with bandwidth control as well as a crossfader with curve adjustment and forward/reverse direction switch. A 10-segment VU meter provides visual feedback to help the DJ keep the mixer from clipping.
The unit includes both unbalanced RCA for master and booth and balanced XLR for master output connections as well as a 1/4" stereo headphone jack. For vocals, the unit includes one balanced XLR and two balanced 1/4" microphone inputs with volume, reverb, and 2-band EQ controls.
As a MIDI control surface, the unit features MIDI navigation controls for software navigation of your music library, 20 MIDI control buttons that can be mapped by the user, and a USB MIDI interface.
