Product description The American DJ FS-1000 Special Effect Light is a followspot that uses a 575W halogen lamp and specially-designed reflector to produce more output than a typical 1000W lamp. Offering similar output and brightness with lower power consumption helps reduce heat and product cost over time. The unit is contained in an extruded aluminum housing and comes with a hanging bracket.
The unit can be hung from the bracket or set on a tripod. Dual focusing knobs enable precise full focusing. An iris control knob at the top of the unit can be used to blackout the light. A dimmer allows you to adjust the intensity, and a set of optional color gels are available (sold separately).
