Product description What You Need to Know When Working with DMX Read More rdwedfzuzuczscdrecvbucsbav The American DJ WiFLY WLC16 512-Channel DMX Controller with Built-In WiFly is designed for lighting installations and live performance applications. The 19-inch 3.5 RU rack mountable controller can wirelessly manage up to 512 channels of DMX using a built in WiFly antenna and compatible ADJ WiFLY products. Alternatively, there is also a 3-pin XLR DMX output for sending signals via cable to non-WiFLy products.
The unit supports up to 16 fixtures at a time, each with up to 32 channels of DMX control. It can Store 30 banks with 16 programmable scenes per bank as well as six programmable chases of 480 scenes each. Sixteen sliders provide manual control for light mixing. There are also two sliders for controlling speed and fade when set to auto mode. A tap sync button makes it possible to synchronize the program to the performance tempo.
A built-in microphone enables sound activation, a 16 x 2 character backlit digital display enables selecting programs, and an SD card memory slot enables saving programs. The unit comes with a 2 GB SD card and supports up to 4 GB. A power-failure memory system ensures that programmed data is not lost should the unit lose power. Password protection ensures that the programs can only be altered by authorized users.
