Product description The LS Studio Woodwind and Brass Microphone from AMT is a professional brass and woodwind microphone system that combines the LS microphone with the AP40 amplifier. The LS microphone attaches to the bell of brass and woodwind instruments. The cardioid polar pattern minimizes off-axis noise and feedback. The AP40 amplifier converts the microphone's output to low impedance; it regulates the voltage to each microphone and with certain models creates a specific frequency curve. The combination results in pristine reproduction of brass and woodwind instruments for recording and sound reinforcement applications. - AP40 Preamplifier
