Product description The P800BM Studio Trumpet Microphone System from AMT is a professional trumpet microphone system that combines the P800BM trumpet microphone with the AP40 amplifier. The P800BM Trumpet Microphone is a bell-mounted, high SPL clip-on microphone that features a cardioid microphone element attached to flexible goosenecks. You can clip this mic onto the bell or on the handle of the trumpet. It is suitable for a soloist or lead players who need a bell-mounted solution. For creating a beltpack-free wireless system, the P800BM Trumpet Microphone System features DCT (Disconnect Cable Technology). It allows you to connect your trumpet mic to the Q7 or Wi5IIC systems.The included AMT Studio AP40 Preamp can be used to regulate the microphone's voltage and create a specific frequency curve. The curve is necessary on certain models or instruments in order to maintain the natural sound reproduction in conjunction with achieving the maximum gain before feedback. Studio AP40 supports phantom powering. To change from 9V to phantom power, it features a ground-lift switch. - P800BM On-the-Bell Trumpet Microphone System The P800BM Trumpet Microphone System from AMT is a bell mounted, high SPL clip-on microphone that features a cardioid microphone element attached to a flexible gooseneck.
