Product description The S3G Studio Guitar Microphone from AMT is a professional guitar microphone system that combines the S3G guitar microphone with the AP40 amplifier. The AMT S3G features a flexible gooseneck, allowing the player to position the microphone for the best possible tone reproduction. The omnidirectional polar pattern reproduces audio at a uniform frequency response. The AP40 amplifier converts the microphone to low impedance; it regulates the voltage to the microphone, and with certain models, creates an specific frequency curve. The combination results in pristine reproduction of acoustic guitar in recording applications and sound reinforcement applications. - AP40 Preamplifier
