Product description The SP25B Acoustic Bass Microphone from AMT is designed to accurately reproduce acoustic bass. Designed for crucial recording or professional sound reinforcement applications, the SP25B features a high quality condenser element with a tight cardioid polar pattern. The result is an audio signal with rich, accurate detail and minimal noise caused by adjacent instruments, monitors and room ambiance.The SP25B comes with the AP40 floor preamp, which includes an XLR output. The external power module enables a sleek, low-profile microphone design that provides easy positioning without damage to the instrument's surface. The attachment mechanism is designed to clasp to the instrument without damage to the instrument's finish. A flexible 10-inch gooseneck allows easy positioning over the sound hole. The microphone itself features a 4-point isolation suspension system that eliminates handling and surface noise. - Cardioid Polar Pattern
