Product description The AMX ACR-5100 Acendo Core is a compact meeting space collaboration system offering easy operability and versatile device/app support for presenters, project leaders, and team members. It works with a variety of web conferencing platforms such as Skype for Business, and features integrated document viewers for reliable access to common presentation, document, image, and video formats. Wirelessly share content from your smartphone, tablet, or computer over Wi-Fi 1 to 5 via AirPlay, Miracast, or Google Chromecast. Web browsing, on-screen scheduling, Active Directory authentication, and end-of-meeting notifications further enhance efficiency and productivity. The built-in Intel Celeron CPU and 4GB RAM ensure fast functionality, while the 128GB disk and network drive support provide plentiful storage space. Dual 4K HDMI ports allow single- or dual-monitor setups for standard displays or touchscreens. Additional connections include four USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A sockets, two RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and 3.5mm stereo mini jacks for analog audio input and output. Installation is simple thanks to the included mounting plate, stand-off screws, two antennas, and cabled power supply. - Support for Web Conferencing Platforms
- With support for a variety of web conferencing platforms including one-click Skype for Business, you quickly and easily join a scheduled Skype for Business meeting without having to find a link or meeting invite, enhancing productivity by reducing wait time.
- Wireless Sharing
- Acendo Core supports AirPlay, Google Chromecast, and Miracast, so you can easily share content from mobile devices or computers.
- Built-In Document Viewers
- Present content without bringing any devices to the room; simply walk into the room, start a session, navigate to your document (on a USB drive, network drive, or the web), and start your presentation.
- Dual-Screen Support
- Support for 4K resolution, dual monitors, and touchscreens ensures that meeting spaces are engaging and easy to use.
- Network Drive Support
- Many enterprises choose to have all their documents stored on network drives. If a user authenticates into a meeting, they will have access to content stored on those drives. As Core is always on, there is no waiting for boot-up time to access network content.
- Active Directory Authentication
- By natively integrating with Active Directory, users can authenticate into Acendo Core and access network drives. Furthermore, administrators have the option to require authentication in order to use Core for secure document and network access.
- Intuitive On-Screen Scheduling
- Direct integration with Exchange and Office 365 supports a variety of on-screen scheduling options. At a glance, users can see the status of the meeting room. From the start screen, users can book the room if it is available, start their meeting, or book a nearby room quickly, therefore minimizing wait time and improving productivity.
- End-of-Meeting Notifications
- Meetings start on time because the previous meeting ended on time. Meetings have an opportunity to wrap up cleanly and capture actions effectively because users are provided with a notification prior to the end of the scheduled meeting time.
- Included Applications
- Acendo Core includes viewers for Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, viewers for Adobe PDF documents, images, and videos, the Microsoft Edge web browser, and the Skype for Business Client. Additionally, Acendo Core supports a variety of Windows and web-based applications, and can be fully customized for enterprise deployment.
