Product description The Ansmann PL 2 Plug-In Charger has an integrated AC plug, which plugs directly into a wall outlet, and it is designed to automatically start charging two 9V NiMH rechargeable batteries once they are inserted into the charger's double bays. Because of the 100-240V capacity, the charger can be used anywhere in the world. Each charging status LED indicates that the battery is fully charged, and the microcontroller charging system automatically shuts off to protect the batteries from overcharging and from reverse polarity if the batteries are inserted incorrectly into the bays. Additionally, the charger can detect defective cells and indicate when to dispose of the batteries. - Universal charger with a 100-240V capacity, and an integrated AC plug, which adapts directly to a wall outlet
