Product description Antelope Zen Studio+ Interface: Leap into Peace of Portable, Pro-Audio Mind Read More The Zen Studio+ from Antelope is a Thunderbolt and USB 2.0 audio interface designed for musicians, engineers, and producers who need access to the tools of the studio, while on the go. It delivers up to 32 channels of pristine audio at 24-bit/192 kHz and offers twelve class-a microphone preamps, extended analog/digital connectivity, and a collection of vintage effects, in a lightweight (at 4.4lb) and travel-friendly package. The company's industry-leading 64-bit Acoustically Focused Clocking (AFC) jitter management technology lies at the core of the Zen Studio+, ensuring vivid sound quality and a stereo image with abundant depth and detail. The FPGA DSP engine powers hardware-based audio effects such as detailed emulations of EQ's, dynamic processors, guitar amp & cabinet simulations, reverb, and more. This technology also lets you create up to four independent mixes with near-zero latency, and assignable to any output. The unit brings convenient features to the road including a talkback button to allow easy and fast communication between musicians and engineers, two re-amp outputs to route signal to a guitar amp, two insert point for sending signal to outboard gear, two independent headphone outputs, and a multi-function display with peak metering of up to 32 channels simultaneously. For added flexibility, you can control all Zen Studio+ features via a desktop application, or wirelessly adjust mic-pre gain using the iOS/Android app (available separately). - 24 channels at 24-bit/192 kHz I/O via proprietary USB - with Antelope ASIO on Windows & Mac
- 32 channels at 24-bit/192 kHz I/O via Thunderbolt
- 64-bit AFC (Acoustically Focused Clocking) technology, word clock I/O for sync with other devices, 10 MHz Atomic clock input for the most stable type of clocking – reduces jitter for consistent stereo imaging and sound accuracy
- Mic Preamps with phantom power: Four class-A mic preamps over combo input, with switchable line/Hi-Z instrument input (front panel), and eight class-A mic preamps/line inputs over combo XLR (back panel)
- 8 channels I/O on D-Sub 25 – provide additional eight analog inputs and eight analog outputs
- Two channels I/O via S/PDIF
- Sixteen channels I/O via ADAT (side panel)
- Two 1/4" insert points (L/R) for connecting analog gear such as EQs, dynamic processors, before A/D conversion
- Two re-amp outputs – dedicated outputs for use with guitar amplifiers
- Main stereo monitor outputs – assignable unbalanced stereo output
- Two independently assignable headphone outputs, selectable, and controllable via the main volume control knob
- Talkback button activates talkback microphone – allows easy and fast communication between recordings artists, engineer, and producer
- Proprietary FPGA DSP engine with extensive modeling capabilities – for hardware-based effects with near-zero latency processing of audio, using detailed emulations of classic EQs, compressors, guitar amplifiers, and more
- Collection of Vintage EQ emulations includes Lang PEQ1, BAE 1073 / 1084 / 1023, UK69 and many other classic British and German vintage units
- Use customizable routing matrix to create recording/mixing signal flows, and to easily incorporate outboard hardware and FPGA effects
- Create up to four independent, zero-latency mixes, which are assignable to any output, including the two independent headphone outputs and the monitor outputs
- Fully controllable via intuitive desktop application for Windows and Mac – offers flexible signal routing and five presets for fast and easy recall of setups
- iOS/Android app offers remote control for adjusting Mic Pre gain levels from anywhere in the studio – perfect for checking mic levels right at the source instruments
- Multi-function display with peak metering of up to 32 channels simultaneously
- Travel-friendly chassis design with handle
