Product description Variously described as a tube or a wand, the 4' Pi 4 Light Stick from Aparo is capable of some photo/video magic. Made to be wirelessly handheld, thanks to its integrated Li-ion battery, the Stick has a 60-degree beam angle and is a great choice for use as an edge light to separate the subject from the background or for some dramatic portrait effects. It's also great for time lapse photography. The Stick has color that's variable from 3000 to 5600K or anywhere in between to match other fixtures, ambient light conditions, or just for creative effects, because the Stick is fun to use. Light intensity is variable too, from 0-100%. All of these adjustments can be made while maintaining a high CRI of 95+, indicating an accurate rendition of color. The Stick Light has four 2.4 GHz channels and has an interesting additional function that Aparo calls "Mutual Control", sometimes called daisy-chaining. By setting several lights to the same channel you can wirelessly match the adjustments you make to one Stick that can be designated as the "master". Another valuable feature is the ability (using an optional adapter) to join Light Sticks together to create a longer, more powerful fixture.
