Product description The APC 24-Outlet Metered Power Distribution Unit supports 120V environments and comes with 24, 5-20R outlets to power multiple equipment. Drawing power is done by a 9.8' long cable that comes outfitted with an NEMA L5-30P plug on the end. Furthermore, the strip is designed in a 0U rackmount form factor and can be installed vertically inside the rack.
To help prevent an overload, an indicator LED is on board to alert you when the current draw is close to the strip's 30A current rating. Other notable features include a temperature/humidity sensor port along with locking IEC receptacles and low-profile circuit breakers. Moreover, you can access and configure this PDU through secure Web, SNMP, or Telnet interfaces. - Vertical Mounting Capabilities
- Mounts vertically in racks or enclosures, which allows more equipment in the rack
- Single Input Power Source
- Supplies power from one branch whip to multiple pieces of equipment, conveniently powering rack-mount equipment
- Flash Upgradeable
- Quickly and easily upgrade firmware via network download for future product enhancements
- Remote Management Capabilities
- Network management interfaces provide standards-based management via Web, SNMP, and Telnet, allowing users to access, configure, and manage units from remote locations
- Local Current Monitoring Display
- Current draw per rack is displayed via an onboard display, which helps installers avoid overloaded circuits by providing a visible warning when the current draw is close to the maximum amperage draw of the strip
- Alarm Thresholds
- Define alarm thresholds in order to avoid overloaded circuits, while network and visual alarms inform the user of possible problems
- Load Indicator LED
- Indicates overload and warning conditions based on the user-defined alarm thresholds as well as alerts users of potential overloaded circuits
- Integrates with StruxureWare Data Center Expert
