Product description The 3-Year Extended Warranty from APC helps provide peace of mind and product failure protection beyond an item's Service Pack or Factory warranty period. Once the Service Pack/Factory warranty expires, this extended warranty will provide a seamless extension for three years. Included with this warranty is 24/7 customer service via a toll-free phone number and the repair or replacement of your product and battery. Should warranty redemption be necessary, APC will provide, at their discretion, either a replacement unit, a new battery, or new parts, as well as a pre-paid return shipping label for the used UPS or battery.
Please be aware that three-year warranty extensions, replacement parts, and components are not available for all products. Please see the statement of work for service specifics.
