Product description The white Essential SurgeArrest 6-Outlet Wall-Tap Surge Protector with USB from APC safeguards your connected devices against surges, lightning, and power grid fluctuations. It has a total of six standard outlets and two USB Type-A ports that provide up to 2.4 A of power for your USB devices. Furthermore, it has a surge energy rating of 1080 Joules as well as EMI and RFI filtering to reduce noise from nearby devices. After plugging it in, the surge protection light should turn green to notify you that protection is on. In cases of faulty wiring or circuity, another notification light will turn on and power will be cut to ensure no damaging surges will reach your equipment. - Protects connected equipment from lighting, surges, and spikes
