Product description The APC Smart-UPS 750VA LCD Rackmount 2U (120V) features six NEMA 5-15R power outlets that provide temporary battery power for up to six systems. The APC Smart-UPS also protects your equipment from surges, spikes, lightning, and other power disturbances. The LCD interface displays the actual kilowatt-hours the UPS is using and allows you to configure it locally with easy-to-use navigation keys. The Smart-UPS lets you separately control the power to your equipment, which enables you to reboot hung devices, sequenced on/off, and non-critical load shedding. By using the battery, the UPS provides an active power factor correction that outputs pure sine waves to protect sensitive equipment. The UPS will also automatically power up your equipment after the return of utility power.
The APC Smart-UPS 750VA uses an intelligent battery management system to precisely charge the battery based upon its current temperature that maximizes the battery's performance and life. The battery has a predictive replace date that lets you know the month and year when the battery needs to be replaced. Additionally, the battery is periodically self-tested; it notifies you with a distinctive low audible alarm if it needs to be replaced. With the hot-swap feature, you can perform upgrades and replacements of the battery and still provide clean uninterrupted protected power to your equipment. The UPS can be customized with management cards via SmartSlot to provide better flexibility. At-a-glance, the UPS has LED indicators that notify you of the status and utility power conditions. Furthermore, it has a serial and USB port to provide management of the UPS. Included with the UPS are CDs, rack-mounting rails, RS-232 and USB cables. - Green Mode
