Product description The black Digital SLR Converta-Pack Backpack from Ape Case is not only a medium size backpack but belt pack and camera case as well. Its versatility is considerable and gives you the flexibility to travel and shoot without the need for carrying multiple bags. The backpack itself is rated to hold 2 DSLRs, 3 lenses and 1-2 flashes. In addition, the bottom drop-down pouch expands to hold food, clothing and other personals that make this water-repellent 600-denier polyester pack a weekend option. The pack contains numerous interior and exterior pockets for gear. The front pocket is large enough to hold your iPad. The versatility of the Converta-Pack is apparent when you consider the top is removable and can be used as either a shoulder bag, using the included straps, or a belt pack. The detachable pack can be fitted to the front of the backpack for more rapid access to your gear or worn as a belt bag for hands-free shooting. On its own, the detachable will accommodate a small DSLR with lens attached plus a small lens or flash. It even has its own accessory pockets and movable internal dividers as does the backpack. Speaking of the dividers, Ape uses their exclusive Hi-Viz Yellow dividers that are designed to make gear identification easier in reduced light scenarios. Access to the backpack is via two points - front and top - each having zippers. Carrying the pack around is achieved using the pro grade, fully adjustable backpack straps. There is also a unique flashlight holder on one of the straps. It rotates and has click stops for precise adjustment while on the trail or walking at night. It will leave you hands-free for using your cell phone or catching a quick snack. The zippered front drop-down pocket contains multiple inner pockets for small accessories such as pens, memory or business cards. Side mesh pockets with tie-down straps are placed for quick access to your tripod. For maximum protection, Ape provides a built-in retractable waterproof Any-Weather cover - a must for anyone who spends much time outdoors.
