Product description The Ultra Analog VA-2 from Applied Acoustic Systems is a virtual analog synthesizer with a preset library created by professional sound designers that represents the complete analog spectrum, from vintage synthesizers to modern virtual analog recreations. To get the best from these sounds the software is packed with performance features: poly or monophonic with note priority keyboard modes, up-to-4-voice unison, portamento and glide functions, tap tempo and sync to host clock options, and a complete set of MIDI features. And thanks to a categorized browser and ergonomic interface, finding sounds is quick and easy.
Sounds are generated using two alias-free, wide-range oscillators with sub and hard sync skills in sine, saw, and square/pulse wave shapes. An arpeggiator offers various syncing resolutions, playing algorithms and rhythmic patterns that can spruce up any chord progressions. Ultra Analog VA-2's envelopes are presented as familiar ADSRs, but with strapped on organically decaying time parameter as well as loop and re-trig options. Two filter stages allow any combination of low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, notch, and formant types in both series and parallel routing for an exceptional amount of flexibility. - What's New
