Product description The 1TB Aegis Padlock Fortress USB 3.0 Portable SSD from Apricorn meets NIST FIPS 140-2 Level 2 standards and is tested on 11 cryptographic levels. It uses real-time AES-XTS 256-bit encryption to keep your data safe, even if the drive is removed from its enclosure. With no moving parts, this drive offers silent operation and is IP56 rated for protection from water and dust. To safeguard from key logging attacks, this drive allows you to access your data using your own unique PIN via an on-board keypad. In addition, it doesn’t require any software for installation or admin rights for accessing data. -
